Overview
Paul Robeson stars as John Zinga, a British-born longshoreman. His singing talent is discovered by a man who helps him up the ladder of success as an opera singer. The singer’s new wealth allows him to return to Africa to discover he has royal lineage. He helps his people in their fight for spirituality and freedom.
