27. Cutlass Wedding
The unmarried women of New Providence are tired of the promises that husbands are available in the colony, but none of the men are willing to commit to marriage. The women bring their protest to Lt. Beamish, acting governor, and present him an ultimatum, either marriages will occur or they will leave the colony. It looks like Tempest and his men may be in for a surprise, if the women and Lt. Beamish have their way!

28. The Aztec Treasure
While ashore in the American port of Port Royal, Captain Dan Tempest is approached by a man named Martin wanting to make Tempest an offer. Martin is looking for a hidden Aztec treasure and is willing to share it with Tempest and his crew in exchange for them providing passage to Mexico and help in searching the jungle. Tempest reluctantly agrees to his offer and everyone is off on a dangerous adventure!

29. Prize of Andalusia
The Marquesa of Andalusia, a Spanish noblewoman, is planning to return to Spain with the body of her husband for proper burial in the family crypt. She is approached by a Spanish nobleman with a request to secretly transport a fabulous treasure back to Spain with her, to avoid the British from taking it. When Captain Dan Tempest learns of the treasure, it becomes a battle of wits between him and the Marquesa!

30. Dan Tempest Holds an Auction
Captain Dan Tempest heads to Charleston with a cargo of goods from New Providence looking to sell the goods at a fair price. Upon arrival, he finds the South Carolina Trading Company is unfairly treating the farmers in the area by under pricing their goods. Tempest decides to take a hand in arranging for the sale of his goods and those of the local farmers, in an effort to break up the monopoly of the trading company.

31. The Spy Aboard
After hearing there are pirates in the vacinity, Captain Dan Tempest and his crew attempt to bury their profits to prevent them being taken. Unfortunately, the pirate Peg Leg arrives just in time to take the treasure from them. Tempest concludes that the only reason Peg Leg knew about where they were is because there is a spy amongst the crew.

32. Flip and Jenny
When Captain Dan Tempest and the crew of "The Sultana" put into port for previsions, they end up with a couple of stowaways in Flip and Jenny, two youngsters. Tempest finds out that Flip and Jenny's father was put into jail for arguing with the landowner he works for over his children's education. Tempest and the crew decide to give Flip and Jenny a hand in freeing their father and forcing the landowner to provide some education for all the children on the island.

33. Indian Fighters
Captain Dan Tempest and his crew are headed for Charleston to drop off a passenger, Nathaniel "Understandable" Perkins, an Indian fighter returning to his home. Upon arriving, "Understandable" Perkins discovers his home has been burned down and his land seized by some unscrupulous colonial leaders. Tempest and his crew decide to help their new friend is regaining his land and setting things straight.

34. Mistress Higgins' Treasure
Captain Dan Tempest and the crew of "The Sultana" make a trip to Virginia to deliver some goods in secret, to avoid the import duties. Upon arriving, Tempest meets up with Mistress Higgins, the local schoolmarm, who is looking for help in retrieving a pirate's treasure. Tempest reluctantly agrees to aid Mistress Higgins in order to get to the bottom of this treasure story.

35. To the Rescue
Captain Dan Tempest and his loyal crew arrive at the port of Savannah to meet up with their old friend, Miss Paula Meadows. It seems her uncle has a valuable tobacco crop he wishes to sell in Boston to avoid the low payment being offered to him by the South Carolina Trading Company. Tempest and his crew must remove the tobacco crop from the royal warehouse and take it aboard ship but, things don't go according to plan.

36. The Decoy
Captain Dan Tempest and his crew are on their way to Charleston with a valuable cargo of skins, which makes Tempest worry about The Turk, a pirate patrolling the sea near Cape Fear. After rescuing a woman adrift in a dingy, Tempest learns from the woman that she and her husband were kidnapped by The Turk. Doubting her story, Tempest plans on investigating the truth behind his unexpected visitor.

37. Instrument of War
Captain Dan Tempest and his ship, "The Sultana", are taking on a secret cargo from Prisoner's Island, just off shore of the Carolinas. Instead of tar and pitch as they were expecting, it turns out to be a passenger, David McGregor. It turns out the prisoners have served out their sentences and the overseer will not release them. It is the hope of the prisoners that McGregor would be able to convince the new commissioner at Port Royal to intervene on their behalf.

38. Pirate Honor
Captain Dan Tempest and the crew of "The Sultana" make port in Georgetown for 3 days of leave. Tempest warns the crew to stay out of trouble, but trouble seems to find him. Tempest ends up rescuing a young lad from the authorities, who is of special interest to Major Langley, an old adversary of his. It turns out the lad is the son of a captain who buried some treasure and the major wants his hands on it.

39. Printer's Devil
While in New York, Captain Dan Tempest meets up with Josiah Parkerhouse, the publisher of "The Truth", a paper that is critical of the colony's rulers. When the authorities attempt to arrest Parkerhouse and confiscate his press, Tempest and his crew rescue him and his equipment by taking them aboard "The Sultana". Sailing off to Cape May, to drop off their unexpected passenger, Tempest learns that Parkerhouse may be a wanted man there as well. Tempest and his crew must foil the plans of the authorities in Cape May to allow Parkerhouse to print "The Truth".
